Our residents usually are surprised with what their living costs will be!

First Apartments are designed to meet the needs of retirees over age 62 with modest incomes. We take pride in providing these living arrangements.

First Apartments regularly compares its cost with other housing in Topeka to ensure it is competitive.

We charge no entry fees.

Our reasonable monthly rent also includes your utilities and maintenance costs.

Applicants are encouraged to inquire about the availability of rent subsidy if their annual income meets HUD government requirements.
