Penny Fry is our Service Coordinator. She is your Number 1 contact for almost any service you will be needing here at The First Apartments.

She provides management and referral services to all residents needing assistance.

She establishes links with all community agencies and service providers. As a resident, you can get assistance with application to prescription assistance programs and aid with appeals to Medicare and insurance companies.

Penny can help with applications to community resources, such as transportation for all residents. Advocating for resources and providing information about programs and activities pertinent to our residents are goals of the Service Coordinator program.

When you become a resident of The First Apartments Penny will become your "right arm" of service. You will be able to depend on her for many of your needs.
